Due to a change in circumstances, my house at El Palmeral is now for sale.
I have owned it since 2003 and decided that it’s time to move on - during that period
we’ve had some great times and had some lovely people to stay. By managing the renting
myself, I control who can use the house and when it is available - it’s basically
there for family first, and paying guests second as a means of helping towards the
running costs. It works very well as it is fully equipped for renting, but only for
a few weeks a year, so it doesn’t get over-used by uncaring visitors - everyone who
stays loves it! If you want to earn more from it and use it less yourself, it would
be a simple matter of letting an agent have it on their books or increasing the advertising.
Everyone reads the horror stories about buying property in Spain - most of them are
about people who tried to make a quick buck by buying off plan when prices were rising
at an impossible rate, or about those who bought cheap places that did not have proper
planning consent and the area was not properly finished. El Palmeral is none of
those things - it is a beautiful, small, solvent, community of just 49 houses situated
in a delightful urbanisation called Atalaya de Rio Verde which is one of the prime
locations for millionaire’s homes in the Marbella / Puerto Banus area. If you want
a bargain basement, cheap and nasty home in Spain, this one isn’t for you! If you
want a lovely home at a realistic price that can almost pay for itself if needed,
then why not give it a try??
If you would like to buy this lovely house, complete with this valuable website,
then follow the email contact details and I’ll call you to discuss the house and
it’s price in more detail.
I look forward to hearing from you.
