You will be supplied with a key prior to departure so it is possible to arrive at El Palmeral at any time after 4.00pm. Please print the attached directions and map - we will send you a detailed map with instructions of how to get to El Palmeral if required.
We are ably supported locally by Jacki who is at Valley Property Services near to the supermarket a few minutes walk away. She can help if you are experiencing any local difficulties.
The property is cleaned before you arrive and each week if you are staying for more than one week. More regular cleaning and change of linen can be organised for a small extra cost.

The house is well equipped with all kitchen items, bed linen, and towels – please take your own beach towels if required. If you break anything, or find anything missing, please replace if possible – otherwise let us know.
A copy of the “Community Rules” are left on the sideboard with the visitor book - please respect other home owners in our lovely community.
